eye diagram working for all signals again...
A problem: I found that the Tx eyes look weird (i.e. PAM-8)
vibecoded ML_MLSE_GPU ... a bit faster :-)

4ad5a2964e - Fixed 'ML_MLSE' 
- Added weighted DFE (work in progress)
- Added 'Evaluation Scripts' and 'Data' to 'projects\FSO_transmission', which contain different evaluations and measured data regarding the DSP applications for the FSO transmission data.

062c5dfbaf FSO data: 
- demystifyied dataset
- matched filter
- timing sync (whole sig, not symbol based)
- EQ is worse, I guess due to symbol timing recovery

Pulsef:
- can be used as matched filter now, the only thing I really changed was the sampling behavior - before it assumed that the input is always fsym, now it can be anything... fdac is output frequency for both methods

4099f6820f BCJR implementation 
WDM code added (Pol Cont., Opt MUX/DEMUX, Opt Atten, DP_Fiber) -> the codebase is not optimized to always work with dp signals!
